Jeffrey R. Matsen brings over 35 years of experience in the areas of business formations and transactional matters, estate planning, asset protection, probate, tax, real estate and international law, and is Partner In Charge of the firm’s Business Transactions, Estate and Asset Protection Planning and Real Estate divisions. He has been honored for two consecutive years by Worth Magazine as one of the nation’s "Top 100 Attorneys," and by Los Angeles Magazine as one of "California’s Super Lawyers".

Craig A. Kegel has 22 years of trial experience and is well versed in the fields of business litigation, employment law and insurance law. He has represented numerous corporations and insurance firms, including national insurance companies such as National Union Fire Insurance Company and the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Mr. Kegel’s broad range of trial and appellate experience includes practice in Federal court.

Eric Aguilera has been a practicing attorney in excess of 10 years, and has been named "Rising Star" four consecutive years by Los Angeles Magazine.
